Is It Ever Too Late for a Cooling System Tune-Up?

Well actually, that’s not true. It is too late for a cooling system tune-up if your air conditioner has completely broken down and is beyond repair. But hopefully, you won’t let it get to that point!

The thing is, most HVAC professionals–including our team–recommend that you have your air conditioner maintenance done in the spring before you need your AC system the most. The reason we suggest this is so that you have plenty of time to get it on your schedule and have your system inspected, but also so that if we find any repair needs, you can get those on your schedule too before summer hits.

But that doesn’t mean that if you never scheduled maintenance this year, you should just skip it! In fact, we’d rather you be consistent with your tune-ups than worry about what time of the year you have it done.
